Why is there a monthly fee at all?
A website isn't a one-time object — it needs hosting, an SSL certificate, a working form, and someone to update your hours or phone number when they change. The monthly fee means you have one person responsible for all of it, instead of a login you'll never touch.
When does the $99/month start?
30 days after your site goes live. The first month is a stabilization period included with setup, so you're never paying support fees while the site is still being dialed in.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Your content stays yours, and you can request a transfer path for the site files and domain. No hostage situations.
Are there hidden costs?
No. If you want something beyond the starter scope — extra pages, a redesign, ads work — you get a quote first and decide. Nothing is added to your bill without your say-so.
