What you get

A complete starter website, plus someone who keeps it running.

Two parts: the build, and the upkeep. Here's exactly what's in each — and just as important, what isn't.

Part one

The Starter Website

One-time $750 setup. Built from a proven layout, customized to your business, reviewed by you before launch.

  • Mobile-ready website built for phones first
  • Homepage that says what you do, where, and why to trust you
  • Services overview (with individual service pages when scoped)
  • Service area section so the right customers call
  • Click-to-call buttons throughout the site
  • Estimate / contact request form sent to your existing email
  • Reviews and proof section — your real reviews, with your approval
  • Photo / recent work section using your job photos
  • About and trust section with your business details
  • SEO foundations: page titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text, crawlable pages
  • Domain connection (or new-domain guidance) and SSL setup
  • One consolidated revision round before launch
  • Launch support and a 30-day post-launch stabilization period
Part two

Managed Hosting & Support

$99/month, starting 30 days after launch. Month-to-month, cancel anytime by email.

  • Hosting administration and SSL kept current
  • Keeping the site online with basic uptime checks
  • Contact form delivery support
  • Click-to-call and link maintenance
  • Reasonable small edits: phone number, hours, typos, photo swaps, short wording updates
  • Adding or removing an approved review quote
  • Updating where your form submissions are sent
  • Redeploying the site when changes are approved
Turnaround: site-down or form-broken issues get priority, normally acknowledged within one business day. Normal small edits are usually handled within 1–3 business days once you send the exact replacement content.
Honest boundaries

What's not included

A starter website is deliberately simple. These are quoted separately if you ever want them — no surprise scope creep in either direction.

  • Unlimited edits or 24/7 emergency support
  • Full SEO campaigns or guaranteed rankings
  • Google Ads management
  • Ecommerce or online booking systems
  • CRM setup and integrations
  • Logo design or full branding
  • Professional photography
  • Domain email / Google Workspace setup
  • Custom software or client portals
Down the road

Add-ons as the service expands

The starter site is a clean foundation. When your business is ready for more, these can be scoped and quoted on top of it:

  • Extra service or city pages
  • Project gallery pages
  • Review request follow-up systems
  • Professional domain email (like info@yourcompany.com)
  • Google Ads landing pages
  • Missed-call and after-hours follow-up systems

None of these are required, and none are pushed. The website has to earn its keep first.

Send your business name and city. If it looks like a fit, you get a first-pass demo site to react to. No pressure, no drawn-out agency process.
